Returns / Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order(s) you have received, you are more than welcome to exchange it/them within 30 days. Purchased items will not be able to be returned if worn and washed or are damaged in any way by the customer. When returning or exchanging the item(s) purchased, please include your receipt, your contact info, the method of exchange, and a note indicating the problem or reason for your return/exchange.
For your contact info you must include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail. This will allow us to contact you regarding the return, if necessary. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for a full refund, exchange, or online-store credit towards another Dream Gold purchase. Please include $7.50 for the return shipping cost. Please take into consideration that we do not reimburse any additional shipping costs that may incur when exchanging or returning item(s).
For hygienic reasons, underwear or swimwear will not be returnable or exchangeable. Sorry for any inconvenience.

For domectic returns/exchanges please include a cheque for $3.50 for return shipping made payable to Dream Gold.
For US returns/exchanges please include a cheque for $5 for return shipping, and $7.50 for international return shipping.

Measurments / Sizing Charts

If you are unsure of your chest/length measurements, don’t worry, we will help you with this simple guide and diagrams.

•   You will need to have a soft tape measure to measure yourself with.
•   To find out your chest measurement, hold measuring tape under your arms/armpit area, and wrap around your chest, across your shoulder blades. Make sure it’s snug and not too tight. For a looser fit, add an inch or two to your measurement.
•   To find out your waist measurement, position the tape horizontally to your belly button at the top of your hip bone. Wrap it around your torso. Make sure it lies horizontal on all sides of your torso. Where “0” meets the other end of the tape is what your measurment is. If you don’t have a soft tape measure then use a string and measure it.

Record your measurements and check the size chart below to see which size you fall under. Wasn’t that easy?!

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.

All orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. After we have shipped out your order, we will send a shipping notification via e-mail to assure you that your order is on it’s way.

For shipping within Canada: Please allow up to 3-7 business days.
For shipping outside of Canada: Please allow up to 7-21 business days.

Shipping Fees for Basic T-Shirts & Tank Tops:

* Shipping fees for other products will be calculated upon checkout.
* Also note: Orders destined to places outside of Canada are subject to regular customs duties & fees regulated by the destination country.
