If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order(s) you have received, you are more than welcome to exchange it/them within 30 days. Purchased items will not be able to be returned if worn and washed or are damaged in any way by the customer. When returning or exchanging the item(s) purchased, please include your receipt, your contact info, the method of exchange, and a note indicating the problem or reason for your return/exchange.
For your contact info you must include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail. This will allow us to contact you regarding the return, if necessary. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for a full refund, exchange, or online-store credit towards another Dream Gold purchase. Please include $7.50 for the return shipping cost. Please take into consideration that we do not reimburse any additional shipping costs that may incur when exchanging or returning item(s).
For hygienic reasons, underwear or swimwear will not be returnable or exchangeable. Sorry for any inconvenience.

For domestic returns/exchanges please include a cheque for $3.50 for return shipping made payable to Dream Gold.
For US returns/exchanges please include a cheque for $5 for return shipping, and $7.50 for international return shipping.
